Excellent Manufacturing Capabilities
The excellent manufacturing capabilities at AGP are available for toll manufacturing of other brands subject to large volume requirements. Different type of arrangements are possible e.g. raw materials can be supplied by the buyer and toll manufactured by AGP or the entire product can be supplied as per buyers needs with suitable NDA’s (Non-Disclosure Agreements in place). AGP currently toll manufactures Dulux brand for Akzo Nobel JV in UAE and some select items for Fosroc as well as other products like Thermal insulating coatings for other players in the industry.
Dulux
AGP earlier was the licensee for Akzo Nobel manufacturing & distributing the entire range of Dulux products in UAE is now the Toll manufacturer for Akzo Nobel continuing to manufacture the Dulux range at its Sharjah factory. The exacting manufacturing standards backed with excellent QC systems and processes ensure that the quality of Dulux products are in line with the international levels.
Al Gurg Fosroc
Fosroc like Akzo Nobel also has a JV with Easa Saleh Al Gurg. AGP has been entrusted with producing some Heavy Duty Coatings for specialized applications by Fosroc to provide manufacturing support to the Construction Chemicals major and is likely to add more products in the future.
Surface Cool
UAE attracts many niche players in the coatings market. Due to the small size of the market investing in a full-fledged manufacturing facility is an unviable proposition. Hence companies like Surface Cool who specialize in Thermal & heat reflective coatings get their products manufactured at Al Gurg Paints under a confidentiality agreement that protects the individual interests of both the entities.
Pearl
Pearl is an old and well-known brand in KSA offering the decorative range in the highly competitive and quality conscious project segment. AGP manufactures a range of products like emulsions, enamels, putties and primers on a regular basis to cater to their paint requirements.
Promat
Promat is a leading supplier of fire rated boards in the GCC region which ae extensively used it in the huge construction industry. AGP manufactures & supplies high quality products to Promat under a confidentiality agreement who offer the complete system to various customers in the sector.
